Audrey Pembroke was born in Swanage, Dorset. She lived in Australia for a number of years and has travelled extensively, from the British Isles to Peru, Israel and the Gambia. Audrey has contributed articles to many magazines and had two serials appear in The People's Friend. She is happily married and currently living back in her hometown of Swanage.
