Carey Harrison is a British writer and academic working in America. He has written five novels, including Justice, and numerous plays. Carey Harrison's new novel continues his examination of Europe recovering from fascism, the theme of his prize-winning novel set in post-war Germany, Richard's Feet, long-listed for the Man Booker Prize and winner of the Encore Award from the UK Society of Authors. Carey Harrison is the son of actors Rex Harrison and Lili Palmer, and Justice is set in Liguria, the region of Italy where he grew up with his parents.
