DAVID ISEMINGER is an individual consultant at Microsoft, and has worked on Windows NT for the past several years in groups including the Remote Access Service Team and the NT Performance Group. He designed and developed RCAT (RAS Capacity Analysis Tool), a tool used by the NT Performance Group and other industry leaders to provide detailed measurement and analysis of remote access solution performance. He is currently with the Developer Documentation Group, specializing in emerging networking technologies.
