She currently lives in the south of France where she opened a restaurant called Le Micocoulier with her husband. The restaurant becane famous for its fusion cooking and wide variety of homemade desserts, Gail's speciality. As a restauranteur and author, Gail continues to indulge her passion for baking and chocolate while working as a teacher and translator
