He's a successful writer in the world of television and radio and worked for many years on the cult BBC show Never Mind the Buzzcocks. He's also worked for Melody Maker, written three editions of The Rough Guide to Rock as well as the BBC Books' tie-in to Never Mind the Buzzcocks. He lives, and obsesses over dead rock stars, in London.
