Author Marie-Therese Miller holds a B.A. in psychology and an M.A. in writing from Manhattanville College. She has written nearly 100 nonfiction articles and stories for Girls' Life and Guideposts for Kids, among other publications. Miller also contributed a story to Chicken Soup for the Preteen Soul 2. She lives in Salt Point, New York, with her husband, five children, and a fluffy miniature poodle named Oreo.
