Raymond Haigh was born, educated, lived and employed in Doncaster. He worked in local government design departments and is married with four children and six grandchildren. Raymond has a lifelong interest in radio, electronics and cabinet making and began writing articles on radio and electronics in the 1970's. He started his crime writing in the 1980's.
