Stephanie Jeffs is a raw food chef and the founder of Explore Raw - a blog that was set up to share recipes that would encourage people to pursue better health by choosing a plant-based, living-foods diet. Her recipes focus on creativity, fun, health and wellness. She lives in Hertford, England and runs workshops at her cookery school in London. She is the originator of `The Five Foundations of a Raw Food Diet' and `The Seven Raw Food Techniques' and infuses these throughout her teaching. Stephanie also runs a range of raw food retreats in Portugal, including Raw Juice Camp which combines rest, relaxation and raw fine-dining with fitness and yoga.
