She has worked in the trend-setting Cafe Spice in New York and for Tommy Tang and the Mondrian Hotel in Los Angeles. She has appeared on the BBC's Good Food Live Show and is now working with Birds Eye as their Consultant Chef to help develop an exciting, healthy range of Indian ready meals. Her BBC2 show, Indian Food Made Easy, has run for two series with accompanying bestselling books Indian Food Made Easy and Anjum's New Indian, both bestsellers published by Quadrille.
