After completing his degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences, Ramon worked internationally as a Management Consultant. Furthermore he worked as European CRM Operations Manager for the CRM practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers and later IBM Business Consulting Services. Godelieve studied dance, anthropology and communication science. From this three-part knowledge base, together with her work and travel experience, she has developed her own way of consultancy in change. For the last 12 years she has been working in her own consultancy practice. Igor has been working as a creativity consultant in many countries for the past 15 years. He worked with companies, education and government organisations (ex. Agfa, Akzo, Alcatel, BASF, Danone, Inbev, Siemens, Sony, Toyota, Umicore, VRT (Flemish Radio and Television), Dutch Ministry of interior). He specialises in breakthrough thinking in challenging projects.
