Neil is author of the best-selling memoir I Was Bono's Doppelganger, aka Killing Bono. Art Director Steve Averill has worked with U2 since their inception, firstly offering advice based on his role as a member of The Radiators from Space and then, in a more lasting role, as designer and art director of Four5One Creative he works with a design team that includes fellow long-time U2 designer Shaughn McGrath and the book's designer Gary Kelly.
