Skye Silver drew on her childhood love of toy cars and trucks to write Dump Truck Disco. Originally from Maryland, she now zoom-zoom-zooms around Boston. This is Skye's first book for Barefoot Books. Christiane Engel, award-winning artist, also illustrated the popular Barefoot Books singalong Knick Knack Paddy Whack. She lives in southeast England with her family.
