Alan Snow studied fashion design and illustration at college and has worked as a wedding dress designer, a tree surgeon and with the band Tears For Fears. He is now an award-winning children's books creator, author and illustrator of Here be Monsters. The Truth About Cats?, How Dogs Really Work and How Santa Really Works, and the illustrator of On a Tall, Tall Cliff by Andrew Murray. He lives in Bath.
