This revised text is part of the series of Nutshell texts and aims to provide the essentials of Company Law in a concise and straightforward format. Since the issue of the firts edition in 2001, a number of new peices of legislation have been introduced which have a direct effect on companies in Ireland today and reference is made to this legislation and to new case law in the area.
