The series aims to increase pupils awareness of healthily lifestyles and thus develop habits that will stay with pupils into adulthood. Pupils are given opportunities to consider what it means to be healthily; physically, socially, mentally and emotionally; and to become responsible for their own well-being. Each book has four sections, covering healthy lifestyle, healthy diet, exercise and self-management. It includes worksheets that develop and reinforce the understanding of lifestyle concepts through literacy-based activities and include background information, activities to complete and a lifestyle challenge.
