Books by Colin Lago

Colin Lago initially trained as an engineer before becoming a youth worker in London and a teacher in Jamaica. He has worked for eighteen years as a counsellor in higher education, the last seven at Sheffield University. He has written and published training videos on this subject. He is a former chairperson of the Association for Student Counselling.Joyce Thompson was born in and spent her childhood years in Jamaica. Having spent all her working life in the UK, she has recently retired to Jamaica from a post as senior education manager with the West Lambeth Health Authority. Like Colin Lago, she is a former chairperson of the RACE (Race and Cultural Education in Counselling) Sub-Committee of the British Association for Counselling.
