Denise Mortimore B.S., Ph.D., is a nutritional therapist who lectures, teaches adult education courses and runs a thriving nutritional therapy practice in Worcester, England. She is also scientific advisor and university liaison officer to the Society for the Promotion of Nutritional Therapy in the UK and a consultant in food microbiology. Denise is a registered member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapies.
