Han van der Horst (1949) is a historian and a prolific writer. Among his books are The Low Sky understanding the Dutch. For three decades mr. Van der Horst worked for Nuffic, the Netherlands Organisation for International Cooperation in Higher Edcations. He reviews new books on history for Dutch national radio.
