Lola Workman's background as a commercially trained cook was challenged when her daughter developed an intolerance to wheat in 1980. She started to develop a whole tasty meal for her family and found the change in cooking style and ingredient a very difficult situation to master, but master she did, and went on to develop many new innovative delicious recipes.
