Roberta Moore has worked in public relations and event management for numerous years, including the sports promotions company of her late father, Bobby Moore. Roberta had her own company in New York City where projects included events for President Clinton and members of the Kennedy family.
Louise Holland's career as a chef has taken her from Dorchester and Mosimann's to in-house chef at the cookery book mecca, Books for Cooks. It was there she was discovered by the producer of Channel 4's Light Lunch show where her culinary expertise took her on to become food producer of Late Lunch.
