Michelle Moroney has been a wellness explorer her whole adult life and has dedicated the past two decades to the pursuit of a calmer mind, a healthier body and a positive outlook on life. She is a senior wellness and yoga facilitator with many years' training and experience and is an expert in guiding people inwards on a personal journey of self-growth and healing. In 2012 Michelle opened the Cliffs of Moher Retreat in Co. Clare, a world-class facility offering life-changing programmes in the most stunning setting in rural Ireland. Over the years thousands of people have travelled from all over the world to experience the peace and magic of the unique space she has created. When not sharing yoga, meditation and a love of healthy eating, she can be found most days swimming in the Atlantic Ocean off her local beach in Lahinch and caring for her three boys.
