Richard, Earl of Bradford, is a creative and experienced restaurateur. He opened Porters English Restaurant in 1979. A member of the Guild of Food Writers and a former President of the Master Chefs of Great Britain, Lord Bradford runs several websites, as well as overseeing his family estates in Devon and Shropshire. He is the author of several books. Carol Wilson writes for a number of publications in the UK, Ireland and USA. She is especially interested in regional recipes and culinary traditions throughout the world. Her books include Gypsy Feast: Recipes and Traditions of the Romany People and (with Lord Bradford) the highly successful Porters English Cookery Bible, Ancient & Modern.
