About Jonathan K. Ehrman

Jonathan Ehman, PhD, is associate programme director of preventive cardiology and exercise physiology and the director of the weight management programme at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. Paul Gordon, PhD, is an ACSM-certified exercise specialist and director of the Laboratory for Physical Activity, Health, and Human Performance in the School of Medicine at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Paul Visich, PhD, has more than 10 years of experience in clinical exercise physiology and is the director of the Human Performance Laboratory and School of Health Sciences at Central Michigan University. Steven Keteylan, PhD, has more than 30 years of experience working as a clinical exercise physiologist. He is programme director of preventive cardiology at the Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit.
