Zoe Harcombe is author of Why do you overeat? When all you want is to be slim. She gives diet advice on Real Radio FM and BBC Radio Wales and writes regularly for newspapers and magazines. Having suffered from both anorexia and bulimia she has spent 20 years researching the causes of overeating. Zoe is a Cambridge University graduate. Rachel McGuinness is the founder of The Life Spa and Absolutely Fabulous. After qualifying as a chef, she worked in France, Switzerland and Israel, for hotels and private residences. Rachel now runs her own fitness and lifestyle consultancy.
