Brian Thornton earned his B.A. in History from Gonzaga University and both his B.A.E. (English) and M.A. (History) from Eastern Washington University. He is the author of The Everything Kids' States Book, The Everything Kids' Presidents Book, Teacher Miracles, and co-author of 101 Things You Didn't Know About Lincoln. He lives in Kent, WA.
