Claudia Scott is Professor of Public Policy and Director of the Master of Public Policy Programme at the School of Business and Public Management, Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. Prior to joining the University, she worked in Washington, DC for research institutions in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors.
