Georgeanne Brennan is the author of many cookbooks, including the best-selling Potager: Fresh Garden Cooking in the French Style, the Julia Child Award-winning Aperitif, and the James Beard Award-winning The Food and Flavours of Haute Provence, all from Chronicle Books. In her popular Mediterranean Herb Cookbook, she also explores the flavours of this fascinating region. She divides her time between rural homes in Northern California and Provence, France, where she teaches seasonal, regional cooking at her own school.
