Mackenzie Smith was born in 1972 and grew up in rural Dorset. He read English Literature at London University. After the sale of his first company to Lloyds TSB aged 24, he became a serial entrepreneur now employing 600 people in a group of businesses including engineering, insurance and marketing. He lives in Wiltshire with his wife and three children.
