Sharad Jain is the Director General of the National Water Development Agency in New Delhi. He has published numerous books and journal articles and his research focuses on surface-water Hydrology, Groundwater Hydrology, Hydraulics, Irrigation Engineering, Environmental Quality and Water Resources.
