He attended the University of Chicago and graduated with honors in economics. DARYL TWITCHELL is a management consultant with the Strategic Planning and Business Development Group of American Express. He has also worked for the international strategy consulting firm Corporate Decisions, Inc. (now Mercer Management Consult-ing). Daryl graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude from Brown University with a degree in international relations and history. Both authors hold MBAs from the Yale School of Management.
