Books by Tom Phelps

Tom Phelps studied law and economics at university and held down a vacation job as milkman. In 1970 he joined Unigate Dairies and by 1984 he has reached the position of District Manager for South London, and retired in 2000 as Area Manager for Thames Valley. He is an expert on the history of the dairy industry.
