WENLAN CHIA launched Twinkle in Fall 2000 with a collection of colorful and exuberant handknit sweaters and accessories. After Twinkle's debut at the Gen Art Fresh Faces Fashion show in 2002, the line has been a success on the runway each season at Seventh on Sixth Fashion Week in New York. Chia has won major awards and nominations from the fashion industry and was also selected as one of Spring's Leading Ladies--a group of five notable designers--by "Vogue" magazine.
