His knowledge of eCommerce is extensive and covers important aspects such as electronic catalogue development tools, databases, multi-currency, multi-lingual and multi-payment systems, security, fulfilment, taxation and legislation. As an active member of the Interactive Media in Retail Group (IMRG - www.imrg.org) - an industry association set-up to develop and promote eCommerce in Europe - and a regular contributor to various eCommerce forums, James can be found speaking at a variety of conferences on the subject of eCommerce and eMarketing.
