Maggie Kneen studied at Liverpool Polytechnic and the Central School of Art and Design inLondon. in 1987 she became a fulltime illustrator and her clients include Oxford University Press, Penguin, Dorling Kindersley, Transworld, Harper Collins and Simon & Schuster. Her distinctive detailed artwork has also been used to great effect in designing motifs and illustrations for Wedgewood china, including a series of plates on myths and legends - one of her abiding interests. Maggie has worked on a number of projects for Templar and her style has remained a perennial favourite.
