CHRISTOPHER HEANEY journalist who has written for The New Republic and The New York Times. A graduate of Yale University, USA, Heaney is currently a doctoral candidate in Latin American History at the University of Texas, Austin. He worked as a journalist in Peru for a year on a Fulbright fellowship.
