Books by Crysse Morrison
Crysse Morrison has written in various genres: her fiction has been published and broadcast and her stage plays produced but she maintains a perverse determination to write poetry and performs at various venues in the southwest, occasionally winning local slams. A self-styled crone, she makes it her mission to give voice and visibility to the elderly, regarding dressing with inappropriate zest as a political act. Crysse intends to continue to bemuse and amuse audiences mostly much younger than herself for as long as she remembers her words. "Crysse Morrison is an artist in words. She uses a painter's palette of colour in her work which fizzes into brilliant and subtle performance."- James Nash "Crysse Morrison is sharper than a serpent's tooth and a hell of a lot funnier." - Luke Wright
