DARREN BAKER has enjoyed a level of success that most artists only dream of. He is the official artist for The Professional Footballer's Association and also for London 2012 Olympic Games. His non-sporting portraits include Her Majesty The Queen, HRH Prince Charles and Tony Blair. Darren's portrait of Pope John Paul II was greeted with a personal letter of appreciation. His work has hung at The Royal Academy, Mall Galleries, appeared in art fairs internationally, and is collected in private and public collections worldwide. He is an ambassador for The Princes Trust. He was born in Yorkshire in 1976 and was recognised at a very young age. Abigail Baker, is now a secondary school English teacher, following the passion for literature she developed during childhood. They live in the Midlands with their daughter Lily, and dog Albert.
