Books by David Veasey

Author David Veasey was raised in Chatham, Morris County, and has spent most of his adult life in New Jersey, now residing in Morris Plains. He has a long-time interest in the state's history and its physical and human diversity, which is reflected in this book and two others he wrote, one on New Jersey lighthouses and life-saving stations, the other on Revolutionary War battles of Trenton and Princeton. Veasey has a BA from Drew University, Madison, NJ, and a Master's Degree from New York University. He has worked as a writer in various settings from journalism, including articles about New Jersey for The New York Times, to Madison Avenue, to The United Nations, to financial writing for Moody's Investors Service.
