Books by Dr. Tom Smith

Dr Tom Smith is a prize-winning medical journalist with a prize awarded by BUPA and the Medical Journalist's Association for 'excellence in communicating medical and health information in a book for the lay reader'. This was awarded for his books Coping with Prostate Cancer (2002) and Living with Alzheimer's Disease (2001, Sheldon Press). This is just two of many titles he has written for Sheldon including Heart Attacks. Tom Smith, who still practises as a GP, lives in Ayrshire.
