Davidson previously worked in the private client division of Franklin Templeton (Templeton Portfolio Advisory) as managing director of portfolio operations, and was responsible for oversight of the division's more than 2,500 separate account portfolios, representing nearly $2.5 billion in assets under management. Freeman is the former managing director for Templeton Portfolio Advisory, where he was instrumental in Templeton's becoming the first major mutual fund complex to offer separate accounts.
