Ira Trivedi is the critically-acclaimed, best-selling author of What Would You Do To Save the World? (2006), The Great Indian Love Story (2009), and There is No Love on Wall Street (2011). Her books have been published by Penguin and have been translated into several languages including Hindi, Marathi, Malyalam and Greek. Beginning her career at the age of 19, Ira became one of the first young, female authors to reach the Indian youth. Her writing is based on real-life experiences, ranging from the Miss India beauty pageant to Investment Banking. Ira Trivedi grew up across four countries, nine cities and three continents. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wellesley College Massachusetts, USA and a MBA from Columbia Business School, where she won the prestigious Feldberg Fellowship. Ira writes extensively in both English and Hindi, contributing to publications such as Hindustan Times Brunch, Forbes, Outlook, Daily News & Analysis (DNA), The Asian Age, The Telegraph, Marie Claire, amongst many others. She regularly speaks to students and youth groups on various inspirational and motivational topics. Ira is also a certified Teacher of Yoga from the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre. Ira Trivedi currently resides in New Delhi, India with her family.
