Joan Horton has written poems for several children's magazines. She makes her children's book debut with" Halloween Hoots and Howls." The mother of four grown children, Ms. Horton lives in Glastonbury, Connecticut with her husband.
JoAnn Adinolfi wrote and illustrated "Tina's Diner," and has illustrated many other books for children, including" Johnny Germ Head "by James Quigley. She lives in Oakland, California with her husband.
