Blumenthal's The Fat Duck in Bray, England. She is the former executive editor of Art
Culinaire, organises food conferences in the United States and India and leads culinary
tours in Iceland and Cuba. Her first cookbook was nominated for a James Beard Award
and her second won an IACP Judge's Choice Award. She writes for Saveur, Travel +
Leisure, The Wall Street Journal, The Guardian, Food & Wine, Food Arts, Plate and The Local Palate. This is her third cookbook.
