Judith Matz, LCSW, is a Clinical Social Worker specializing in eating and weight issues since 1986. She is co-author of The Diet Survivor's Handbook: 60 Lessons in Eating, Acceptance and Self-Care, Director of The Chicago Center for Overcoming Overeating, Inc., and has a private practice. Judith is a frequent presenter at local and national conferences. Ellen Frankel, LCSW, worked in the field of eating disorder treatment and prevention for over 20 years and is currently a full-time writer. Her books include The Diet Survivor's Handbook, Revolution of Jewish Spirit, Beyond Measure and Syd Arthur. Ellen serves as a consultant, is a popular speaker at workshops and conferences, and has appeared in both print and TV media, including CNN, Fox News, the CBS Early Show, and Dr. Phil.
