Judy Jackson is a translator and experienced Jewish Food writer. After running a successful catering business she wrote her first book The Home Book of Jewish Cookery. She has also written The Passover Menu Planner, Microwave Vegetable Cooking and A Feast in Fifteen Stories - a new start for hesitant cooks. She has contributed to a number of national newspapers, written recipes for a website and currently gives cookery classes at her home in London.
