Mike Watkins is an experienced trainer of magistrates who has written materials for the Judicial Studies Board, Magistrates' Association and Universities of Birmingham and Cambridge. Diane Johnson is the Youth Offending Team (YOT) manager for Warwickshire. Chris Stanley is Chair of the East Kent Youth Panel, Chair of the Kent Magistrates Association (MA), on the Council of the National MA and on it's Youth Courts Committee.
