Paul Elliott has an honours degree in ancient history and archaeology from the University of Wales Cardiff. He has a tremendous passion for ancient history, Roman in particular, and is involved in Roman military re-enactment. Much of this is done in the spirit of historical reconstruction and experimentation. Paul has also written articles for Ancient Warfare magazine, Military Wargames and Wargames Illustrated as well as the gaming magazines Adventurer and Arcane. He lives in East Yorkshire
