Stephen is also the author of Company Law - Fundamental Principles 4th edition and Personal Liability and Disqualification of Company Directors.With chapters on accounting and taxation by David Southern, a barrister at Temple Tax Chambers specialising in corporate finance and having extensive experience of VAT and financial services. He is co-author of Taxation of Loan Relationships and Derivative Contracts 8th edition.
