Terri Lees is aquatic supervisor at the North Kansas City Community Centre in Missouri. She has over 30 years of professional experience in aquatics and has written staff training manuals, developed customer service workshops, and presented on professional aquatic training and leadership for many years. She is a trainer for the American Red Cross Water Safety programmes, including lifeguarding, first aid and CPR. She has also published several works in aquatics and has worked as a writer and reviewer for Red Cross and YMCA water safety materials.
