Books by Tom J. Farer

Tom J. Farer is professor of law at and former President of the University of New Mexico. He was a member of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (1976-83) and its president from 1980-82. He has been Distinguished Professor at Rutgers-Camden Law School and has taught at Columbia, Princeton and Johns Hopkins. He has published four books and a number of monographs. His numerous articles on law, foreign policy and Third-World societies have appeared in major professional journals.
